Delivery of goods

Goods are dispatched via the send.com service, which provides shipping via various transport companies including WEDO, Parcel, DPD, FedEx, GLS, LIFT, Toptrans, UPS, TNT, Mail order and PPL.

Order cancellation and returns

The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. Refunds will be made via PayPal, provided that the goods are not damaged.
